Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Advanced Tally Accounts Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling and managing the company’s financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.

• Handle accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payment processing.

• Generate GST, TDS, and other statutory reports, ensuring compliance with Indian taxation laws.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Maintain inventory records and manage stock using Tally ERP.

• Conduct payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.

• Monitor cash flow and prepare regular financial forecasts.

• Handle audits and liaise with external auditors as required.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Tally ERP software.

• Generate and analyze MIS reports to assist management in decision-making.

• Requirements:Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in accounting and Tally ERP 9/Prime.

• Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9/Prime with advanced features like GST, TDS, and inventory management.

• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and taxation laws.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Preferred Qualifications:Certification in Advanced Tally or relevant accounting software.

• Experience in handling audits and statutory compliances.

• Familiarity with other accounting software (optional).
