Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage and oversee general accounting operations. This role involves preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of accounting principles, and leadership capabilities to mentor junior staff

Job Description :

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Manage general ledger entries and reconciliations

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes

• Ensure compliance with statutory laws and internal financial policies

• Coordinate and support internal and external audits

• Handle tax filings including GST, TDS, and income tax returns

• Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting

• Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting systems

• Guide and mentor junior accountants and finance staff

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning and reporting

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 3 -5years of accounting experience

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks)

• Strong understanding of Indian financial regulations and tax laws

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
