Responsibilities
Generate and process invoices: Create sales invoices, prepare and issue bills for residential services, and perform e-invoicing where required.
Handle payments: Accept and process various forms of payment, such as cash, cards, and digital wallets like UPI, and ensure accurate billing entries.
Manage billing records: Maintain accurate records of all sales and billing transactions for the residential area.
Address customer inquiries: Respond to resident billing inquiries and resolve any billing issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
Support financial tasks: May involve daily accounting tasks like managing payments and deposits, preparing financial statements, and generating reports for management.
Maintain confidentiality: Keep all sensitive financial information confidential.
Required skills and qualifications
Education: A graduate degree or Diploma certificate is often required.
Experience: Experience with billing, accounting, or a similar role is beneficial.
Technical skills: Proficiency in accounting and billing software, such as Tally, is a plus.
Customer service: Strong customer service skills are necessary to handle resident inquiries and issues.
Administrative skills: The ability to organize and maintain records, as well as perform administrative tasks, is important
