Roles & Responsibilities
· For new Projects fill BOQ rates in consultation with Purchase Manager.
· Do rate analysis for every new items & get it approved from Client.
· For every Project check received BOQ & decides extra items.
· Extra items need to be circulated on weekly basis & get it approved from Client on regular basis.
· Prepare RA Bill & Final bill for every project.
· Take & finalise on site measurements for Main & Extra items as per consultation from Site Engineer & Labour contractor.
· He should be capable of checking drgs which shall be useful for making Extra items.
Software - MS Office and Autocad
Skills - Technical Knowledge of work happening on site and billing of the same| Understanding of Site Measurements, RFPs and BOQs| Should be able to create measurement sheets and close the same with the customer
