Accounts Executive (Night Shift) + HR Responsibilities
We are looking for an Accounts Executive (Night Shift) to join our team. The role involves creating invoices and e-way bills, processing payments, handling financial transactions, preparing reports, ensuring tax compliance, and also supporting basic HR activities. This position offers an in-hand salary and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Duties:
Prepare invoices and e-way bills accurately during night operations
Process vendor and client payments on time
Handle daily financial transactions including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations
Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports
Ensure timely tax filings, calculations, and regulatory compliance
Securely manage and back up financial data while maintaining confidentiality
HR Duties:
Maintain employee records and documentation
Track attendance and basic leave records
Assist in recruitment and onboarding process
Ensure HR files and data are updated on time
Support smooth coordination between employees and management
Job Requirements:
Strong attention to numerical accuracy and detail
Knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
Experience in billing, invoicing, and payment processing preferred
Minimum Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 5+ years preferred
Willingness to work in night shift (timing may vary depending on workload)
Ability to manage both accounts and basic HR work with timely accuracy
