Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Export Documentation Executive to manage company accounts, GST billing, export documentation, shipments, and coordination with shipping agents. This role is perfect for someone who is organised, reliable, and experienced in export processes and accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare export invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, BL instructions, e-way bills
Coordinate with CHA / freight forwarders for export shipments
Handle accounts entries in ERP/Tally
Manage vendor payments, purchase entries, and bank reconciliations
Maintain GST records, export incentives, LUT, and supporting documents
Track courier shipments, follow up with buyers, submit export documents
Maintain all export files, contracts, and documentation as per compliance
Support the accounts department with daily accounting tasks
Required Skills
Knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, e-invoicing
Strong understanding of export documentation (shipping bills, BL, AWB, customs docs)
Good Excel skills
Basic English communication
Detail-oriented with strong organisation skills
Experience
2–5 years in Accounts or Export Documentation (textile/export industry preferred)
