Accounts Executive

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations.

• Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, purchase orders, and expense sheets.

• Handle data entry in accounting software (Tally/ERP).

• Reconcile bank statements, customer/vendor ledgers, and cash books.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

• Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and documentation.

• Manage petty cash and daily cash transaction entries.

• Prepare MIS reports as required by the management.

🔹 Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / Graduate in Accounting or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts.

• Good knowledge of Tally/ERP & MS Excel.

• Understanding of basic taxation (GST/TDS).

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
