Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage client relationships, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for service, and the ability to grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.

• Coordinate internal teams to meet client expectations and deadlines.

• Track account performance and prepare regular reports.

• Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

• Resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:
