Position: Junior Accountant

Salary: ₹10,000 ctc to ₹15,000 ctc per month and in hand will be depend on CTC terms
Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate day-to-day financial records and bookkeeping.

• Prepare and post journal entries in Tally ERP.

• Assist in preparing financial reports, ledgers, and monthly statements.

• Handle GST entries, returns, and basic compliance documentation.

• Support account reconciliation, vendor payments, and petty cash handling.

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

• Assist in internal and external audits as required.

Key Requirements:

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tally ERP for accounting and invoicing.

  • Advanced MS Excel skills: V-Lookup, H-Lookup, Index, Pivot Table, etc.

• Accounting Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, journal entries, and bookkeeping.

  • Working knowledge of GST and tax basics.

• Communication:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work in a team and coordinate with internal departments.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• B.Com or M.Com graduate with 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines under minimal supervision.

• Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Work from office

• 6 days Working(Monday to Saturday).

• Office timing - 10am to 6pm

• Immediate joiners or candidates who are having 10 days of notice period will be considered.
