🔹 Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Accounting
Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally/ERP software
Maintain sales, purchase, and expense entries
Handle cash book and bank book
Prepare journal entries and ledgers
2. GST & Taxation
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
Reconcile GST input and output
Coordinate with auditor for monthly/quarterly compliances
3. Bank & Vendor Management
Bank reconciliation statement (BRS)
Follow up with vendors/customers for payments
Process vendor invoices and prepare payment schedules
4. Reporting
Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet support schedules
Maintain accounts receivable (AR) & accounts payable (AP) reports
Inventory and stock reconciliation (if required)
5. Other Responsibilities
Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial record
Support management with financial data when needed
🔹 Skills Required
Good knowledge of Tally
Strong understanding of accounting principles
GST, TDS, and basic taxation knowledge
MS Excel skills
Attention to detail & accuracy
