Job Title: Accountant

Location: RIICO Industrial Area, Mansarovar, Jaipur

Company Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and accounting principles. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience and be proficient in using Excel formulas and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial entries.

• Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, and bank reconciliation statements.

• Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and vendor payments.

• Prepare GST, TDS, and other tax-related reports.

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.

• Use Advanced Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIFS, etc.) for data analysis and reporting.

• Assist management in preparing budgets, forecasts, and expense reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or equivalent.

• 2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (must know formulas like VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, SUMIFS, IF, etc.).

• Knowledge of Tally ERP / Accounting Software preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards

Working Days: 6 Days a week
