We are committed to delivering exceptional products and services to our customers, and we are looking for a passionate Account Executive to join our growing team.
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Account Executive to manage and support the financial operations for Austin Distributors Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent communication skills, and a drive to ensure financial integrity and customer satisfaction. The role will involve managing accounts, reconciling transactions, handling sales records, and supporting the broader finance team.
Account Management: Oversee and maintain accurate financial records for all transactions related to Royal Enfield sales and operations.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for management review.
Invoice Processing: Generate and process invoices for customers, ensuring timely payment and following up on overdue invoices.
Bank Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly recorded.
Customer Communication: Address customer queries related to payments, refunds, and billing discrepancies in a professional manner.
Inventory Management: Assist in tracking inventory and sales of Royal Enfield motorcycles and accessories.
Support Senior Accounts: Assist the senior finance team in preparing monthly financial statements, tax filings, and audits.
Documentation & Filing: Ensure that all financial documents are appropriately organized and stored, maintaining confidentiality.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related role. Prior experience in automotive or dealership accounting is a plus.
Skills:
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, etc.).
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
Strong communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
Time management and ability to meet deadlines
